It is #FAKE that a photo of Flávio Bolsonaro with Trump is a souvenir offered by the White House; image is real
Photo with Trump in the Oval Office is not a White House souvenir

A publication is circulating on social media alleging that the photo released on Tuesday (26) by senator and presidential candidate Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) alongside Donald Trump would be an image produced in a studio, offered as a souvenir by the White House. It's #FAKE.

What does the video look like?
At the end of Tuesday's meeting, Flávio Bolsonaro published the portrait in which he appears, standing, next to Trump, who remains seated at the table in the Oval Office. On the same date, the parliamentarian posted an image of a coin with the insignia of the President of the United States, known as the challenge coin. The object has already been awarded to children, authorities and distinguished visitors, as a traditional honor from the American government.
The following day, a man claimed, in a video with more than 1 million views on Instagram, that the photo of the senator with Trump was not real.
See the transcript: "And they have just debunked the fake photo of Flávio Bolsonaro with Trump. Flávio is bragging that he met Trump, but it's all a lie. This photo is a souvenir. Any visitor to the White House takes a photo in the studio, and there they put Trump. That's why there are thousands of people with the same photo with Trump. Look at the scene, just like in all the photos. Then, Flávio also showed a photo of a medal that he beat Trump. But this medal, hey, is for sale at the White House."
But the photo is real. Contacted by email by Fato ou Fake, the American government's press office denied the existence of a "studio" that imitates the Oval Office, where it would be possible to produce images of visitors alongside Trump. See the response: "The White House has no relationship with these allegations." Read details further below in this check.
This Tuesday (2), Trump himself published records of the meeting: one of them is the same one released by Flávio Bolsonaro; in the other, both appear sitting on opposite sides of the table - it is also possible to see the impeached federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP). The caption, in English, says: "It was great to have Flávio Bolsonaro in the Oval Office of the White House - an intelligent young man who loves his country, Brazil very much!" to the White House and has a replica of the Oval Office, to question whether the place sells any type of photomontage with Trump. Read the answer: "No, The People's House: A White House Experience does not offer photographic experiences in which visitors can pose next to the current president, or other current world leaders."
Fato ou Fake also submitted the photo of Flávio Bolsonaro and Trump to platforms that detect content created or manipulated with artificial intelligence (AI) - and none indicated the use of this resource. Furthermore, the senator's own staff confirmed the authenticity of the image.
A search on the White House's official profile on Flickr (photo sharing platform) led to several records with authorities and guests in which Trump appears with a smile and pose similar to those in the portrait with Flávio Bolsonaro. But there are differences between them, noticeable both in the arrangement of objects (phone, pen holders, folders) and in the ties worn by Trump.

Fato ou Fake also consulted the gift shop on the official White House website, which does not display any "customizable" photo with Trump being offered as a souvenir. On the other hand, the page offers, for US$19.99, an unofficial version of the currency posted by Flávio Bolsonaro.
Although there are similarities, the object that appears in the senator's photo has a golden circular band at the end and a blue color on the central shield. The one sold as a souvenir has a more yellowish color on the edge and a greenish tone in the middle of the insignia. Compare below:
