Israeli attacks leave 10 dead in Gaza

Ten people died in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip, rescue teams and medical sources in that Palestinian territory reported this Saturday (6), while Israel said that one of the dead was a Hamas "commander of a terrorist cell."
In Gaza City, a drone attack killed eight people and injured another 15 in the Jawazat displacement camp, amid tents of refugees whose homes were destroyed by Israel during the war, according to the Civil Defense, which operates under the authority of Hamas.
The Al-Shifa hospital, located in that city, also said it had received eight bodies.
"We targeted 'terrorists' in this sector," the Israeli Army told AFP, without giving details. details.

Further south, a 25-year-old man, Muhannad Othman Farwana, died in the morning "in an attack on a campaign tent", Civil Defense said. The Nasser hospital, in Khan Yunis, reported that his body was taken to the site along with several injured people.
In a statement, the Israeli Army said that Farwana was "commander of a terrorist cell of the armed wing" of Hamas and added that he died in a precision attack.
The victim was getting married this same Saturday, his cousin, Mohamed Farwana, told AFP. "Everyone in the family was prepared to celebrate his union. Today, we went to the funeral instead of the wedding," he lamented.
In the evening, Civil Defense announced the death of a ninth person, a 37-year-old man, in an Israeli attack in southeast Gaza City.
