The requirement to deliver uranium is seen as the main guarantee that Iran will not attempt to develop weapons of this type in the future.
Américo highlighted that, without this concession, issues such as the withdrawal of US troops from the region, the liberation of the Strait of Hormuz and a possible partial disarmament of Iran lose relevance in the context of the negotiations.
"If the nuclear issue is not included in the negotiation and Iran does not prove that it will not build an atomic bomb, we will not have an agreement.
