International press reacts after Messi's historic night at the World Cup

Messi's performance in the Argentine team's debut at this World Cup generated repercussions in the international press. The main media outlets defined Messi's departure as "historic".

One of the Argentine newspapers, Olé, published on its cover as "The best on the planet has written another golden page". The French press also reported on the historic feat L'Equipe surrendered after 3 goals scored by number 10. "One, two, three... Long live Leo Messi!", he wrote.

The Spanish newspaper Marca wrote it as: "Messi, hat-trick... and football history."
