Instagram releases tool to change order of posts in the feed

Instagram released, this Monday (8), a resource for users who are interested in changing the order in which publications appear on the profile. "Reorder Grid" now allows photos, carousels and reels to be "moved around" in the feed freely.

The launch is global and already works with users in Brazil. To use, simply press and hold any post on your profile until a menu appears with the option "Reorder grid", and then arrange the posts in the order you want. Pinned posts and reels will remain at the top of the grid.

In March, Instagram had already released a tool that allows you to change the order of records within publications in the carousel format. The new feature solved an old problem for users, who previously had to conform to the original order or delete the entire post to correct an error.

To take advantage of the new features, you must have the most up-to-date version of the application.
