Insights of the week: possible bubble scenario worries American stock market
Investor Michael Burry, known for anticipating the 2008 subprime crisis, expressed concern about the American market because it was in a bubble and recommended caution to investors.

According to Marilia, the valuations of American companies also remain at levels considered very high, which increases the perception of risk for those investing in this market.

Another highlight of the week involves the international airline sector. According to Bernardo Pascowitch, founder and CEO of Yubb, Goldman Sachs warned of the risk of a crisis in the sector, especially among European airlines.
According to him, low-cost airlines could face financial difficulties if oil prices remain high for a longer period.
"In principle, in a scenario of high oil for a longer period of time, these cheaper companies may not have enough cash to get through this period, which increases the risk of financial difficulties in the sector", he explains.
In addition, Thiago Godoy, financial educator, recalls that the deadline for declaring Income Tax 2026 ends this Friday (29).
Missing the deadline can generate an automatic fine for the taxpayer, notes Godoy.
"If you miss the deadline, you start with a fine of R$ 165 and it can reach up to 20% of the tax due", he warns.
