Haval H9 Selection is a new version of GWM's SUV; understand what has changed

GWM announced a new Selection version of the Haval H9 in Brazil. The new configuration hits the market for R$339,000 and adds exclusive finishing elements to the seven-seater SUV.

The new product will be offered exclusively in Zenith Gray and features 19-inch light alloy wheels with an exclusive design, interior finish in the shade of Clay Brown and external details in glossy black on the front grille and headlamp frame.

The proposal is to expand customization options for consumers looking for a model with more sophisticated appeal. Furthermore, GWM wants to increase the SUV's competitiveness against its main competitor, the Toyota SW4.

Despite the visual changes, the mechanical set remains unchanged. The Haval H9 is equipped with a 2.4 turbodiesel engine with 184 hp and 48.9 kgfm of torque, associated with a nine-speed automatic transmission.

The SUV also maintains 4×4 all-wheel drive with reduced speed, one of the main differentiators of the model for off-road use.

In the cockpit of the Haval H9, the model continues to offer comfort and technology. It has a 10.25-inch digital dashboard, a 14.6-inch Full HD multimedia center with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 50W induction smartphone charger, a premium sound system and space for seven occupants with comfort in all rows.
