Haddad's class is interrupted after riot and fight between protesters
Former Finance Minister Fernando Haddad's master class was interrupted on Thursday night (2) after a riot caused by protesters, which ended in a physical fight.
The event, which had as its theme Brazil's economic challenges, began at around 7pm, at Unicamp's Teatro de Arena. The lecture was interrupted after protesters started protesting during Haddad's speech.
The protesters were removed from the scene and, subsequently, punches were exchanged.
CNN sought advice from Fernando Haddad and Unicamp to comment on the episode, but did not receive a response until the publication of this text.
The space remains open for manifestation.
