GTA 6 has cover and pre-sale date announced; look
Considered as the most anticipated game of the decade, Grand Theft Auto VI, or GTA 6, had its pre-sale date and official cover released by Rockstar Games this Thursday (18).
Pre-sales officially begin next Thursday (25th) in digital stores, such as Steam, and "in other selected stores", according to the company in a note on X (formerly Twitter).
Pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI will officially begin on June 25 on digital storefronts and at other select retailers.

The title officially hits stores on November 19, 2026, initially for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S. The PC version should be released in 2027, according to rumors.
With two postponements, the new title was scheduled to be released at "some point" in 2025, but Rockstar announced a postponement that didn't please fans much.
It was then announced that it would be released in May 2026, but another postponement occurred, with November of this year confirmed as the official date.
In May last year, the game's second trailer was released by Rockstar, surpassing more than 165 million views on the developer's YouTube.

Who are the protagonists of Grand Theft Auto VI?
The protagonists of GTA 6 are a couple of criminals, like Bonnie and Clyde: they are Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval.
- Lucia Caminos: is the first non-optional female protagonist of the Grand Theft Auto franchise. After spending time in Leonida penitentiary for fighting for her family, she seeks a better life with Jason, even if it still involves crimes.
- Jason Duval: surrounded by scammers and criminals during his life, he served in the Army to try to leave his past behind, but ended up working for drug dealers in the Keys. Together, Jason and Lucia form the couple that stars in the story of GTA 6.

In addition, the game will feature several other characters that appear throughout the story, such as Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan Priest, the duo Real Dimez, Raul Bautista, Brian Heder, among others.
What is the story of Grand Theft Auto VI?
In the story of GTA 6, the criminal couple seeks a life with more money and, to do so, ends up getting involved in an organized crime network that will lead them to increasingly dangerous situations.
So far, there is little official information about the plot, only that it begins with Lucia leaving prison and joining Jason to commit new crimes.
