Google opens engineering center at USP; discover the space

Google opened this Wednesday (27) its second engineering center in Brazil. The space is located within USP, within the Technological Research Institute.
Among the space's work fronts is development in the areas of artificial intelligence and internet security. Google says that the teams at the future center will be focused on creating solutions that increase user protection in services such as Gmail and Search.
The location, according to the company, will have capacity for 400 employees.
"The engineering team present at the Belo Horizonte headquarters, our first engineering office in the country, is a global reference for Google and innovations created here today impact billions of users every day. I am excited about the expansion of our engineering to São Paulo and the next chapter in Google's history in this new space", said Fábio Coelho, president of Google Brazil.
