Geely EX2 will be produced in Brazil later this year; see details

Renault Geely do Brasil revealed that the EX2 will be produced in Brazil by the end of this year. The 100% electric model is the brand's second nationally produced car and will be manufactured alongside the Geely EX5 EM-i.

Both models are expected to be produced later this year. Production will take place at the Ayrton Senna Complex, in Paraná.

Throughout 2026, the Geely EX2 will already accumulate just over 10 thousand units registered in Brazil. The electric hatch is the brand's main product for the national market.

The model also uses the GEA platform and, in 2025, it was the best-selling compact electric car in the world and the best-selling in China.

What is the Geely EX2 like?
The electric car is sold in Pro and Max versions. The entry-level version (Pro) starts at R$ 123,800 and has a range of 289 km on a full charge. In 21 min it is possible to bring the battery from 30-80% on a 70 kW fast socket (DC).

There are 116 hp of power and 15.2 kgfm of torque. When accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h, the model reaches speed in 10.2 seconds - for both versions.
