Gaby Spanic cries when talking about the earthquake in Venezuela: "Help my country"

Actress Gaby Spanic, 52 years old, who played Paola Branco in "The Usurpadora" (1998), appeared in tears on social media to ask for inputs from Venezuela.

The country was hit by strong earthquakes on Wednesday night (24) and the death toll reached 235. Among them, two Brazilians.

"Venezuela is not prepared for this type of thing, we have no equipment, no ambulance. So I ask all countries in the world to help my people and send economic aid, rescue, medicines. We have no inputs", he said on social media.

Gaby is Venezuelan, but lives in Mexico and divides her professional commitments between different countries. Last year, she participated in "A Fazenda", a Record reality show, but was expelled for attacking another participant. Shortly after, he returned to the game.

She also lamented the suffering of Venezuelans and said that everyone has suffered too much.

"Xenophobia, injustice, theft, persecution and defamation. Now an earthquake. I don't know what else to say", he said.

Gaby shared how followers can help and posted information on missing people and supply collection points, including in Brazil.

The number of victims could rise as the search for those missing among the rubble of collapsed buildings progresses.

A magnitude 7.2 tremor struck an area about 100 miles west of Caraca, followed less than a minute later by a magnitude 7.5 tremor, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The earthquakes were the strongest to hit the country in more than a century.
