Gabi Martins about BBB 20: "I saw my participation as a failure"

Singer Gabi Martins, 29, published last Wednesday night (10) a reflection on her entry and performance in "Big Brother Brasil", in 2020.

Through a video published on her official Instagram profile, the influencer stated that "for a long time the BBB was a big pain" and that she was finally ready to share her analyzes with the public.

"Until today, I couldn't see it, it hurt me a lot, because I saw my participation as a failure. I know that many of you thought I was a plant, and that hurt me a lot. But for those who don't know, at the time, I was going through a moment of depression and anxiety. And I had to stop taking medication because I saw that it was a great opportunity to reconnect", he shared.

Gabi also stated that, inside the house, the participants were "pinching each other all the time to fight" and that, she believes, she didn't understand the game well at the time.

"We need to give new meaning to several moments of pain that we have. And I learned to give new meaning to this phase, which was a wound for me, a scar. But, the scar is part of my process and it is this scar that made me become who I am today. Thanks to Big Brother, I have you with me and I am very proud of who I have become and who I am becoming", he added.

Also in the report, the singer says that she decided to give new meaning to the experience and learn to see it with different eyes. Martins also mentioned that, after leaving the program, with more than 5 million followers, he signed several partnerships and released several songs featuring people he admired.

"Was it the biggest failure of my life? Or was it the beginning of a beautiful journey that I'm on? Everything is a matter of the angle you look at it. And I know that there are many angles that we can see, that we did our best", concluded the singer.

On the wall where she was eliminated, Gabi competed with Thelma, winner of the edition, and Babu Santana. In the end, the artist came away with 59.61% of the votes in the 11th vote. In addition to positions and strategies, the former participant's game was also marked by her relationship with Guilherme Napolitano, 35.
