g1 Heard #333 - Gabriel Leone and the desire to overflow his musical career

Gabriel Leone was on g1 Listened on May 4th and spoke about his debut in music after many years of dreaming and planning.
"Music has a place of respect for me. So I didn't want to do it anyway. I wanted to have the ideal structure. And last year, it gave me this courage to overflow and achieve", said the actor.
On his debut album, "Minhas Lágrimas", Leone performs lesser-known songs by big names in MPB such as "Segredo" (Djavan), "Quem Há de Dizer" (Lupicínio Rodrigues), "Vento no Litoral" (Renato Russo), as well as "Minhas Tears" (Caetano Veloso), which gives the project its name.

Throughout the program, Leone also spoke about "The Secret Agent" and celebrated Brazilian cinema.
"When I read it, I was sure that I wanted to make this film", he said, saying he is very happy to be part of the current phase of Brazilian cinema.
The actor stated that he hopes that this strengthening of national cinema will grow. "Talent, possibility and power we have."
"It doesn't mean that every year we will be nominated for an Oscar. And the truth is that that's not the most important thing."

The actor also recalled his work as an actor and listed several professional turning points.
"Before 'Secret Truths', I had done 'Malhação'. It was my turning point guys. But my 'Malhação' flopped. And 'Malhação', Globo itself already absorbed the actors. Mine didn't happen, but I played the villain, so it attracted attention", he said.
