Four decapitated bodies are left in front of Congress in the Mexican state of Guerrero

Police officers found four decapitated bodies inside an abandoned vehicle next to the Congress in the Mexican state of Guerrero, authorities reported this Thursday (4).
Guerrero, famous for being home to the resort city of Acapulco, is plagued by clashes between cartels over control of drug trafficking routes.
Prosecution sources told AFP that the bodies were covered by black plastic bags inside a car left in one of the rear entrances to the legislative building in the capital, Chilpancingo.

The dispute between drug trafficking groups in this region involves the Serra Cartel and Los Ardillos, a gang that indigenous communities blame for bombings in the state's mountains, an area marked by high levels of poverty.
Violence in the region caused, two weeks ago, the displacement of an indigenous community that fled shootings and drone attacks attributed to the group Los Traps.
