Former striker Brasão is shot dead in a bar in Tubarão (SC)
Former football player Ivan Fiel da Silva, known as "Brasão", was shot dead, aged 44, this Friday morning (19), in the Vila Esperança neighborhood, in Tubarão, on the south coast of Santa Catarina.
Police suspect that the same shooter who shot the former attacker also killed a 20-year-old man minutes later in the neighborhood.
The Santa Catarina Civil Police explained that Brasão was killed in the back of a commercial establishment he owned.
Subsequently, the shooter allegedly shot and killed the young man inside a beverage convenience store in the same region.
The PC investigates the incidents as intentional homicides.
Camboriú FC, in which Brasão played, mourned the player's death. He was the top scorer in the club's history, with 28 goals scored.
In the publication, they wrote: "In this moment of pain, the club expresses its solidarity and sends its most sincere condolences to his family, friends and everyone who had the privilege of living with him."
