Former BBBs mourn the death of Janira Schmidt, mother of Tadeu Schmidt

Presenter Tadeu Schmidt, 51, announced this Monday (25) the death of his mother, Dona Janira, aged 92. Janira's death comes one month after the death of Oscar Schmidt, former basketball player and brother of the presenter.

In the comments of the publication in which Tadeu pays tribute to his mother, ex-BBBs left messages of support for the presenter.

"A big hug from you. I'm sorry", wrote Maxiane. "My condolences! May God comfort the hearts of the entire family", declared Lais Caldas. "My condolences may God welcome you with open arms and comfort your heart and that of your family, feel embraced. Go ahead Tadeu, I will pray for you", commented Milena.

In the comments, names like Adriane Galisteu and Poliana Abritta also commented on the publication.

The journalist published a sequence of photos alongside the veteran and expressed gratitude, despite the difficult phase he is currently facing.

Janira's death represents Tadeu Schmidt's second loss in just over a month. On April 17, former basketball player Oscar Schmidt (1958-2026), the journalist's brother, passed away, a victim of problems related to brain cancer.
