Former BBB Pedro Espindola apologizes to Jordana for harassment on BBB 26

Former BBB 26 participant, Pedro Henrique Espíndola, 23, published a video on social media this Friday (26) apologizing for the episode of harassment that forced him to leave the program. He was expelled on January 18, after trying to kiss participant Jordana Morais without consent. After the incident, Espíndola was hospitalized after reports of psychotic episodes.

"I've been putting this off for a long time, I didn't know how to say it, but I'm going to say what's in my heart," he said in the publication. "Sometimes in life we have attitudes that change the course of our lives and we lose many things because of them. I really regret what I did", he declared.

Pedro stated that he still does not recognize himself in the attitudes within the program and that the BBB episodes do not define who he is. He apologized by name to his ex-wife Rayne and to BBB 26 participants Aurora and Jordana, victims of the harassment.

"That's not me," he said.

The former reality show participant was hospitalized from January 21st, three days after giving up participating in the program and being accused of sexual harassment, until he was discharged on March 16th. But after getting involved in a fight at the end of March, he was hospitalized again.

In a video released on Instagram on April 3, psychiatrist Natácia Brasil stated that former BBB participant, Pedro Henrique Espíndola, was diagnosed with BAD (Bipolar Affective Disorder). The condition is characterized by intense mood swings, which alternate between depressive episodes and phases of euphoria in the patient.
