Follow the opening ceremony of the 2026 World Cup in Canada live

After the opening of the 2026 World Cup in Mexico, it will be Canada's turn to host its own World Cup celebration ceremony. The event is scheduled for this Friday (12), at Toronto Stadium, and will take place an hour and a half before the Canadian team's debut in the competition.

The program starts at 2:30 pm (Brasília time), preceding the duel between Canada and Bosnia and Herzegovina, scheduled for 4 pm. As with other tournament venues, FIFA prepared a show with music and cultural presentations to highlight the identity of the host country. Yesterday, at the Azteca Stadium, more than 80 thousand fans watched the first opening ceremony.
