Fogaça suffers motorcycle accident and reports ring theft at hospital
Presenter Henrique Fogaça, 52, opened up about being absent from the MasterChef Brasil recordings for two episodes during the 13th season.
Last Wednesday (2), the chef used social media to report having suffered a motorcycle accident in May. Furthermore, he said that during his stay in the hospital his wedding ring was stolen.
"Hail, hail, firmness. So, all my followers, the people who follow me on MasterChef, I come here to make a note of clarification. I didn't expose this almost two months ago, but I'm going to say it here now: on May 5th, coming back from MasterChef at Castelo Branco, I got oil on the track, I was going 120 per hour, I fell and I didn't die, by God, because my saint is very strong, but I didn't put that in the media", he began.
Following on, Fogaça stated that, given his absence from the Band's culinary reality show, some outlets mentioned that he would be out of the competition, which is not true. "To make it clear here, I wasn't going to expose it, but I've always worked a lot, I could even spend, I don't know, thirty, forty days away with the accident I had", he continued.
"I broke three ribs, hit my hip, almost cracked it, f*cked my leg, scraped my legs, f*cked my leg and ankle, scraped my knee, my legs and my hand, it was brutal", he continued detailing.
Also in the publication, the chef shared strong photos of the injuries and added that his ring was stolen. "On top of that, they stole my ring at the hospital. I went to report it two days later. We called the hospital but they said they didn't know anything", he captioned it.
