The refereeing for the duel between Flamengo and Palmeiras has already been defined. The two teams face each other this Saturday (23), at 9pm, at Maracanã, for the 17th round of the Brasileirão.

In the competition table, Palmeiras leads with 35 points in 16 games, while the red-black team from Rio is close behind, in second place, with 31 points and one game less.

Davi de Oliveira Lacerda, from Espírito Santo, will be responsible for refereeing the clash at Maracanã.

Bruno Raphael Pires and Bruno Boschilia were selected to be match assistants, while Paulo Roberto Alves Júnior was the fourth referee. Caio Max Augusto Vieira from Rio Grande do Norte will be the video referee. He was chosen as the best in the 2025 Brasileirão role.

In the final stretch of the 2025 season, Flamengo was on the receiving end of Davi de Oliveira Lacerda, after he failed to score a penalty in Fluminense's victory over the red and black team.

On that occasion, Bruno Henrique was reportedly taken down by defender Thiago Silva, then at Tricolor. Both Davi and the video referee had the same view of the move and nothing was scored.
