Fighter who filmed attacks on his partner is kept in prison in SP

A martial arts fighter, investigated for keeping his hearing-impaired partner locked in the house, filming attacks and sharing them online, had his arrest converted into preventative arrest, after a custody hearing this Wednesday (27) in Jundiaí, in the interior of São Paulo.

According to a note from the Jundiaí Municipal Guard, during a preventive patrol around the city, teams were called by the Tactical Operations Center to respond to an incident of domestic violence involving a deaf couple.

Also during the displacement, they received images showing the aggressor attacking his partner, in addition to information that the individual had knowledge of martial arts.

A brief investigation in the neighborhood showed that residents in the region heard noises of objects being broken and signs of commotion during the night.

The agents found the victim shaken, showing relief with the arrival of the teams.

The Municipal Guard found that the victim was kept locked inside the residence and the suspect had blocked the entrance with furniture, making it necessary to break down the door to guarantee the woman's access and safety.

Also during the investigation of the facts, it was discovered that the attacker recorded the attacks and shared the content in message groups and social networks.

Fabiano was arrested in the act and taken to the Police Station, where the arrest was ratified by the judicial police authority, remaining at the disposal of the Court.
