Understand what the Move Brasil program is and how it will work

Move Brasil Entregadors and Taxis and Applications, a Federal Government program that will offer special financing for app drivers, professionals who work with deliveries, taxi drivers and also those with a CLT contract, will be launched on Friday (19). The objective is to facilitate the acquisition of cars, motorcycles and electric motorbikes by professionals in the sector.

According to the Ministry of Development, the program will establish financing lines with easier conditions, aimed at registered drivers and motorcyclists. From June 19, 2026, those who receive confirmation of participation can look for a dealership and financial institutions to carry out a credit analysis.

The idea is that the program helps with fleet renewal, so the financing line will only operate for new vehicles. The program will include vehicles up to R$150,000 from manufacturers qualified in the Mover program (Volks, Fiat, Renault, GM, Honda, Hyundai, Nissan, Peugeot, Toyota, BMW, BYD and GWM), cost up to R$150,000 and be classified as sustainable (flex, electric and ethanol hybrids).

To gain access to the program, it is necessary to register on the Move Brasil platform. Taxi drivers must have an active registration and app drivers must prove that they have been registered for at least 12 months, in addition to proving that they have completed 100 rides on the same platform. The driver must contact the platform, requesting their race report and, if an error is found, they must ask the platform to resend the corrected information to the government.

Among the conditions listed by the Ministry are:

- Financing of 100% of the value of the vehicle with no down payment;
- Interest rate below that practiced by the market;
- 2 months to start paying;
- Financing term of 48 months.
