Eneva approves buyback program for up to 23.1 million shares
Eneva said on Thursday night (25) that its board of directors approved a new buyback program of up to 23.1 million shares.
According to a relevant fact, the maximum amount is equivalent to 1.19% of the company's total shares and approximately 1.21% of the total outstanding shares.
The repurchase will be limited to the company's available resources. In the quarter ended March 31, the group had capital reserves in the amount of R$379.6 million, he added.
The buyback program will last until December 24 next year, he added.
