The Federal Court ordered the suspension of paid advertisements on social networks in defense of the end of the 6×1 scale. According to him, the popular action "does not even question the merit of the proposal, but rather this electoral advertising campaign".

Zeca Dirceu, in turn, defended the end of the 6×1 scale and classified the contrary position of Congress as "regrettable". "I continue to defend what I have defended for more than 15 years, that male and female workers have two days of rest", he said.

For him, reducing the working day from 44 to 40 hours would not generate unemployment, but, on the contrary, would encourage the hiring of more workers. Zeca Dirceu also highlighted that the PEC already approved in the Chamber of Deputies awaits a vote in the Federal Senate, and called on the population to pressure the House to advance the matter.

Zeca Dirceu countered the statement that the debate would have been conducted in a rushed manner, remembering that projects on the topic have been in progress since 2023, including proposals from Reginaldo Lopes and Erika Hilton.

Carlos Jordy mentioned that there was a bill with constitutional urgency that stopped the agenda, but that the government removed the urgency. For Jordy, the measure would show that the government itself would recognize the economic risks of immediate approval.
