After the release of the second episode of the reality show "As Patroas", starring his employees, influencer Eliezer gave more details about how the attraction was planned on his networks.

The influencer participated in "Melhor da Tarde", on Band, and clarified some points that were highly criticized by the public, including scenes such as employees searching for coins in the trash and the toilet. "It was a shocking scene. We invited everyone to participate, we gave the idea of episodes, two a week, and that one is a challenge and will be linked to a review."

He adds that the scenes that raised criticism were "planned but authentic", with the aim of attracting attention to the attraction. "We put it there just to draw attention... You can see that the vase is clean (...) it was crumpled paper, which we put there (on top of the trash). Before this scene, there's Viih putting her hand; it was paper that wasn't dirty. It was something 'arranged but real'. But they actually put their hands in those places, but it was agreed beforehand."

"They were invited, they accepted, they signed a contract, they were paid for it, they receive it per episode, in addition to the prize. They are also receiving the image rights", explains Eliezer on another point discussed by the public, about how the profits would be transferred to the characters of this reality show.

The former BBB explained that he was surprised by the repercussions, including the fact that they had been summoned by the Public Ministry. After the subpoena, he says that the first decision was to interrupt the program and the initial episode was removed from its networks. However, they reflected that the message would not be understood by the public if the reality show was canceled and, therefore, the second episode was brought forward and came out this Thursday (2).

"I've been trying to change my content and talk about more serious issues, and we talk, talk, talk, and it never resonates on the pages. Viih had already done this before, it's a form of marketing", and explains that the proposal was to draw attention to the agenda of the end of the 6×1 scale in the Senate.

Regarding the wave of criticism, the businessman reflected that he was very scared by the repercussions. "As an influencer, when we choose this format to attract attention, we decide to take risks."

Understand the controversy surrounding the reality show "Patroas"

Influencer Viih Tube and her husband, Eliezer, were involved in a controversy after the launch of the reality show "As Patroas", presented on social media last Tuesday (30). The project was created to promote dynamics between the couple's employees, who started to compete for cash prizes, from R$1,000 to R$3,000, in addition to a cumulative score.

The initiative generated strong negative repercussions on social media. The criticism led to the case being investigated by the Public Ministry of Labor (MPT) in São Paulo. At the same time, the Superior Labor Court (TST) published a warning about the exposure of employees in potentially embarrassing situations, highlighting that this type of practice can constitute moral harassment and violate labor rights.

To date, the investigation remains ongoing and no fines or other sanctions have been imposed on influencers.
