Durigan: We have to treat tax reform as a state pact

Tax reform must be treated as a "state pact" and the country cannot lose the structural gains of the measure because of the electoral debate.

This is the assessment of the Minister of Finance, Dario Durigan, in an interview with CNN Brasil this Thursday (20).

According to him, the simplification of taxes should increase the Brazilian GDP (Gross Domestic Product) by up to 15 percentage points in the next 10 to 15 years, by reducing the complexity of the tax system and improving the economy's productivity.
