Durigan: Credit for drivers and truck drivers will not cause disruption

The Minister of Finance, Dario Durigan, told CNN Brasil this Thursday (21) that the line of credit for drivers and truck drivers will not cause disruption to the Brazilian economy.

"It's not true that we are injecting money to increase the pace of the economy, what we are doing are programs for specific sectors that need specific support now, they are specific aid."

Durigan also stated that the economic disarray has come from geopolitical factors, such as the war in the Middle East, which causes price increases in the agro-industrial, chemical and, mainly, fuel sectors.
