Dollar opens close to stability with Brazilian inflation data in focus
The dollar started Friday (10) close to stability against the real, with investors digesting lower-than-expected inflation data in June in Brazil, while abroad the American currency also gave way against a good part of other currencies.
At 9:35 am, the dollar in cash rose 0.06%, to R$ 5.1189 on sale.
At 11:30 am, the Central Bank holds an auction of 50,000 foreign exchange swap contracts to roll over the August 3rd maturity date.
