▶ The main highlight of the session is the new employment data from Brazil and the United States. This Tuesday, the Jolts report indicated that job openings in the American market increased by 9 thousand in May, reaching 7.594 million. Here, Caged should be released in the early afternoon.
The data is important because it reflects the performance of the economy and inflation and can give signals about the next steps taken by central banks in driving interest rates.
▶ Geopolitical relief following the agreement between the US and Iran to suspend attacks and allow the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz also remains on the radar. The expectation is that new negotiations between the two countries will take place again this Tuesday, in Doha, Qatar.
Amid uncertainty about the developments in the negotiations, oil prices operated without a single direction. Around 111:40, a barrel of Brent, an international reference, rose 0.05%, quoted at US$ 73.19, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI), from the USA, fell 0.07% at the same time, at US$ 70.70 a barrel.

Truce and tensions between the USA and Iran
American President Donald Trump stated on Monday (29) that Iran "requested a meeting" with his government, scheduled to take place this Tuesday in Doha, Qatar.
"Iran requested a meeting. It will take place tomorrow in Doha!", said Trump in a statement entirely in caps lock on his social network Truth Social.
The Iranian government, however, presented another version. Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister, Kazem Gharibabadi, said that there are no meetings planned for this week between representatives of the two countries to follow negotiations on the peace agreement signed at the beginning of the month.
The statements come amid the escalation of tensions between the two countries, which exchanged attacks last weekend and put into question the ceasefire implemented by the memorandum of understanding signed last June 17.
Iran classified the offensive as a "clear violation" of the ceasefire and threatened to "paralyze all diplomatic processes", while American President Donald Trump once again made threats.
"It is very likely that they will never learn their lesson. It is possible that, one day, we will no longer be able to act prudently and will be forced to complete, through military force, the mission that we began with so much success. If that happens, the Islamic Republic of Iran will cease to exist", said the president on TruthSocial last Saturday (27).
On Sunday (29), the two countries agreed to suspend recent hostilities in the Gulf and resume negotiations on the dispute over the Strait of Hormuz, but talks have progressed little since then.
