Diniz makes defensive adjustments at Corinthians aiming for a friendly
Corinthians continued its interseason work this Thursday morning, at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava. Under the command of coach Fernando Diniz, the black and white squad carried out another activity aimed at preparing for the resumption of the season, which will feature a friendly match and three commitments for the Brazilian Championship in the coming weeks.
The players started the day with strength training in the gym. Afterwards, already on the pitch, they participated in a dynamic attack against defense, with confrontations at the edge of the area and crosses to compete for an aerial ball.
Diniz guides the defensive sector
In the main part of the activity, Fernando Diniz led tactical training focused on defensive behaviors. During the exercise, the coach interrupted some plays to guide the athletes and adjust positions in different game situations.

The work is part of Timão's preparation for this month's sequence of matches. Before the return of official competitions, the team will play a friendly against Cascavel-PR on the 12th.
Subsequently, Corinthians will face Remo, Bahia and Athletico-PR on the 23rd, 26th and 30th of July, respectively, for the resumption of the Brasileirãi.
The black and white squad returns to training this Friday morning, again at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava, to continue the adjustments aimed at the next challenges of the season.
