Did Brigitte kill Arthur Brandão in "Quem Ama Cuida"? Theory says yes

Soap opera fans of "Quem Ama Cuida" are getting closer and closer to discovering one of the major arcs of the soap opera's main plot: who killed Arthur Brandão (Antonio Fagundes).

Although bets on the killer involve almost the entire cast, the production revealed that eight endings were recorded and, theoretically, none of the actors listed know the outcome. The most mentioned names are Ulisses (Alexandre Borges), Pilar (Isabel Teixeira), Diná (Rosi Campos), Silvana (Belize Pombal), Tiago (Gui Ferraz), Osmar (Tony Tornado), Pedro (Chay Suede) and Otoniel (Tony Ramos).

Now, however, a new possibility has been raised by the public: Brigitte Brandão (Tatá Werneck), the victim's niece. According to those most attentive to the plot, in the death episode, an Easter egg appears on the scene.

At the time in question, Brigitte was still focused on stalking her ex-boyfriend, but at a certain point she appears reading "The Brothers Karamazov". Dostoevsky's book has a plot similar to that of the novel, in which a patriarch is suspiciously killed, there is a dispute between the heirs and a final plot twist that reveals the culprit of the crime.

"The main point of the book is that the evidence of the rich man's murder is forged, causing a completely innocent person to be unjustly convicted of the crime. This is the perfect analogy and the clue that the authors left for us!", wrote the profile Zé das Novelas, on Instagram.

Rumors, however, still suggest that there is a mastermind behind the person who carried out the fatal attack. Another part of the audience even suggested that the similarity could continue with the possibility that Edvaldo, Brandão's faithful squire and employee, was the culprit, just as happens in the written work.

"While Brigitte remains oblivious to the chaos, living her stalker phase obsessed with love and leaving the fight for money in the background, she carries in her hands the exact answer to what will happen to Adriana", he added.

Although viewers are committed to finding out who the real culprit will be, there is no information confirmed by the production. After Adriana (Colin) is wrongly arrested as a way of distracting the public, the revelation will occur in the 14th chapter of the narrative by Walcyr Carrasco and Claudia Souto.
