Designation of the PCC and CV as terrorists appears in the official US gazette

The designation of the PCC (First Capital Command) and CV (Red Command) as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO) was published this Friday (5) in the Federal Register, the official journal of the United States federal government.

The determination signed by Secretary of State Marco Rubio says that "the persons known as First Capital Command (also known as PCC, First Capital Command) and Comando Vermelho (also known as Red Command) are aliens who have committed or attempted to commit, pose a significant risk of committing, or have participated in training to commit, acts of terrorism that threaten the safety of U.S. citizens or the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States."
