The sister of Deolane Bezerra, 38, Dayanne Bezerra, 36, came to the defense of the lawyer again on Monday night (29). Through several publications on social media, the influencer criticized the court's decision to keep Deolane in preventive detention after a new release request.
"Deolane is innocent! What they are doing to our family is inhumane. Deolane is not just a public figure; she is a daughter, sister and one of the greatest foundations of our family. Her absence has made us feel like we are falling apart", he wrote.
The sequence of publications occurred days after the São Paulo Court of Justice denied the new request for habeas corpus and used Bezerra's participation in the reality show "A Fazenda", in 2022, as part of the argument.
"Going to a reality show is a choice, it was a job in search of money and visibility. Being arrested during an investigation is a completely different situation, and one that should never exist. Arresting to investigate? She was working, trying to give a better life for her daughter and her family. You cannot treat these two realities as if they were the same thing", he continued.
A few hours later, she also republished some images with religious appeal and shared comments from followers and friends of the eldest daughter, who also defended her and questioned the TJSP's decision.

Deolane Bezerra's arrest
Deolane has been detained since May 21, when she was launched in an operation organized by the Civil Police and Gaeco (Special Action Group to Combat Organized Crime) of Presidente Prudente.
At the time, the investigation indicated that the influencer was masking illegal involvement linked to illicit resources from the PCC (Primeiro Comando da Capital). In total, she opened 35 shell companies at the same address to launder the faction's money.
Soon after she was arrested, Bezerra's defense filed a request for house arrest, which was denied by Minister Flávio Dino. Subsequently, two more requests were sent - one was quickly denied and, in the second, the magistrate felt he did not have the competence to judge, and it was archived.
