Deolane and Marcola indicted: see what the Civil Police report says
The Civil Police of the State of São Paulo finalized, this Friday (29), the complementary final report of the police investigation against Deolane Bezerra and Marco Willians Herbas Camacho, known as Marcola. The two, along with five others investigated in Operation Vernix, were indicted.
Among the points presented about Deolane are: apartments investigated for alleged money laundering, a suspected threat to a domestic worker and the fate of the items seized from the influencer.
Apartments investigated for money laundering
The police report indicated that two properties related to Deolane Bezerra may have been used for money laundering.
The first property is a commercial space in a building located on Rua Restinga, in Tatuapé. In theory, the companies Bezerra Publicidade e Comunicação Ltda., linked to Deolane, and D & G Comércio em Geral Ltda., linked to his son, Giliard, would operate at the location.
According to the report, the last access to the room occurred in April 2026. However, ongoing activities at the site would have ended more than a year ago.
The concentration of correspondence from different companies at the same address, according to the investigation, highlights an artificial concentration of legal entities in a single location and reinforces the hypothesis of the use of business structures to conceal, dissimulate and circulate amounts of illicit origin.
Thus, even though no operational activity was found in the property, the set of documents seized reveals relevant investigative interest and corroborates the continued practice of money laundering, according to the police.
Another property investigated was an apartment, also in Tatuapé, located on Rua da Meação. The condominium doorman, who monitored the investigations at the location, reported that Deolane lived at the address for a period of time, but left the property approximately three years ago.
Destination of seized items
The items seized from Deolane Bezerra's residential property, in Barueri, Greater São Paulo, were: four vehicles, five notebooks and computers, a tablet, seven cell phones, documents, more than R$60 thousand in cash, 19 watches and 40 pieces of jewelry.
The 40 jewels and 19 watches will be sent for deposit and will undergo expert examination, with the aim of identification, detailed description, evaluation and photographic record of each piece, in accordance with article 6, item II, of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The police chiefs also represented the determination of the precautionary deposit of the jewelry and watches seized in custody with the Caixa Econômica Federal, in the exact terms of article 4, item XIII, of Resolution No. 780/2022 of the Federal Justice Council.
Threats involving Deolane
According to the investigations presented in the inquiry, an alleged threat suffered by a domestic worker who provided services in properties linked to the investigated Deolane and her family is being analyzed.
The investigation of a procedure involving the employee indicates that she had been the victim of threats under the allegation that she had circulated with cash belonging to Deolane's family.
Audios attributed to the employee and analyzed by the investigation indicate that an as-yet-unidentified interlocutor had made threats that were not limited to demanding the return of allegedly stolen amounts, but that would also expressly reveal the alleged criminal origin of the money and its destination for money laundering.
The interlocutor states that the domestic worker had appropriated R$80,000, warning that the money "was from crime" and, even more explicitly, declaring: "money originating from crime. We wash money with our partners there, the partner's mother, the partner closes with us."
According to the police, the transcribed content reinforces the investigative hypothesis that the amounts in kind linked to the family nucleus of Deolane Bezerra Santos were the result of previous criminal activity and were part of a permanent flow of concealment and dissimulation of capital.

According to the SSP-SP (Public Security Secretariat of São Paulo), the indictment takes place after the completion of the first stage of analysis of the materials seized in Operation Vérnix, launched by the Civil Police and the MPSP (Public Ministry of São Paulo), on May 21st.
