Delivery man is attacked by man in fast food in Recife (PE)

A 21-year-old delivery man was attacked by a 29-year-old man in a fast food restaurant in the city of Recife, in Pernambuco. The case occurred last Friday (13).

The attacker was charged with bodily harm. After being detained in the Graças neighborhood, the suspect was presented to the police authority, who ordered the drawing up of a TCO (Detailed Occurrence Term) against him, with the appropriate legal measures being adopted in the case.

According to the Pernambuco Military Police, the police team was called and continued to the location, where they found the victim, who was rescued and taken to the nearest UPA (Emergency Care Unit).

After medical care, the victim, the suspect and a military police officer who was present at the time of the incident were taken to the Capital's Duty Center.

Also according to information from the Military Police, a disciplinary investigation is being launched, through the Military Judiciary Police Station, to determine the facts.
