Decision on tariffs for Brazil will come 'very soon', says US trade representative

The representative of the United States Department of Commerce, Jamieson Greer, stated this Thursday (9) that the decision on a new tariff on Brazilian imports will be announced "very soon", but said that the two countries are still far from an agreement on trade issues.
"I've been talking to the Brazilians. We're trying to negotiate. I think there's still a considerable distance between us, so you'll see a final decision very soon on Brazil, because we have a legal deadline of July 15," Greer said in an interview with Fox Business Network.
