Deadline to pay the Enem registration fee is extended

The deadline to pay the Enem (National High School Exam) registration fee, which would end this Wednesday (17), was extended by the MEC (Ministry of Education).

The amount is R$85 and can be paid by bank slip (generated on the Participant Page), Pix, credit card and debit from a current or savings account, depending on the financial institution.

Now, candidates who were not eligible for fee exemption have until June 22nd to make payment. Enem will be administered on the 8th and 15th of November.

Inep (National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira), which organizes the Exam, granted it free of charge to:

- Enrolled in the 3rd year of high school in a public school, in 2026;
- Those who completed all of high school in a public school or as full scholarship holders in a private school and who have a family income of up to 1.5 minimum wage per person;
- People in a situation of socioeconomic vulnerability, belonging to low-income families and registered in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico).
- Participants of the Pé-de-Meia program.

Next week, the results of requests for specialized assistance on the days of the test will also be announced, a change foreseen in this year's notice.

The benefit is aimed at people with low vision, blindness, monocular vision, physical, hearing, intellectual disabilities, deafness, deafblindness, dyslexia, dyscalculia, attention deficit, fibromyalgia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), pregnant women, nursing mothers, diabetics, elderly people and students in hospital classes or with another specific condition.
