"De Repente 30": Netflix remake will feature "Mortal Kombat 2" actress

Actress Adeline Rudolph, 31, will star in Netflix's remake of "De Repente 30", alongside Emily Bader, 29, and Logan Lerman, 34.

Rudolph is a British actress who played Kitana in "Mortal Kombat 2". In addition, she participated in films such as "The Crooked Man", "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina", "Riverdale" and "Resident Evil".

So far, details about the sequel to "De Repente 30" are being kept secret. One of the pieces of information already released is that Jennifer Garner, who starred in the original film, will return as executive producer.

Filming is expected to begin in Los Angeles at the end of June, according to information from Deadline.

The original film takes place in 1987 and tells the story of a 13-year-old girl who dreams of being an adult. Suddenly, she wakes up in 2004, aged 30, as a renowned fashion magazine editor in New York.

However, she is disappointed with the type of woman she has become and tries to regain the love of Matt, her former childhood neighbor, who is played by Mark Ruffalo.
