Actress Daveigh Chase, who played Samara in "The Ring" and voiced Lilo in "Lilo & Stitch", died this Tuesday (16) at age 35. The information is from TMZ.

According to the portal, the actress had meningitis and a blood infection, which caused sepsis problems. In early June, Chase was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital with malnutrition.

Her most notable performance was as Samara Morgan, the main antagonist in the 2002 hit "The Ring".
Daveigh also voiced the character Lilo in the Disney hit "Lilo & Stitch" in 2002 and also in the spin-off TV series. As a voice actress, she also voiced Chihiro Ogino in the American version of "Spirited Away".

From 2006, Daveigh acted in the HBO series "Big Love", which follows a Mormon family. She played Rhonda Volmer in 32 episodes over the series' five seasons.
