After ending his spell at Avaí, ex-Corinthians striker Rafael Bilu was announced as a reinforcement for Ratchaburi, from Thailand. This will be your first experience outside Brazil. For the club, he will compete in the Thai League 1, the Thai FA Cup, the Thai League Cup and the AFC Champions League Two, the team's main international challenge of the season.

Graduated in the Corinthians youth categories, Bilu began his career at the club at the age of 7, through the Chute Inicial project. At 10, he was approved in a sieve with more than 2 thousand candidates, continuing his training at Terrão. During this period, he stood out in the youth categories and won important titles, such as the U17 World Cup and the BH U17 Cup. Despite his rise at the youth level, he had few opportunities in the professional squad and began to be loaned to clubs such as América-MG, CSA and Mirassol, before moving permanently to Juventude in 2021.

The transfer to Thai football comes just a few weeks after Bilu's contract termination with Avaí. Despite having a contract until the end of the season, the striker and the club opted to end it by mutual agreement. During his career at Leão da Ilha, he played 12 matches and scored three goals, finding the net in the Campeonato Catarinense, Copa do Brasil and Série B of the Brazilian Championship.

Founded in 2004, Ratchaburi is known as "The Dragons" and has established itself among the top teams in Thai football over the last decade. Champion of the second division in 2012 and winner of the Thai FA Cup in 2016, the club began to appear frequently in the top positions of the national elite and also gained space on the Asian continental scene.

Last season, the team finished Thai League 1 in third place, guaranteeing a place in the next edition of AFC Champions League Two. It will be the club's third international participation since its debut in competitions organized by the AFC in 2021.

Revealed in the Corinthians youth categories, Rafael Bilu has spent time at América-MG, CSA, Cruzeiro, Mirassol, Juventude, Criciúma, CRB, Guarani and Avaí. The striker has already arrived in Thailand, where he will have the mission of reinforcing Ratchaburi's offensive sector throughout the 2026/27 season.
