Court denies arrest of father accused by 16-year-old YouTuber in CE
The Ceará Court denied the request for preventive detention from the father of a 16-year-old YouTuber, accused by his own daughter of committing crimes of sexual violence. The allegations were made by the teenager on social media.
The young woman also reported that her father had failed to comply with a protective measure granted in favor of her and her mother.
The decision was announced by the Single Criminal Court of Tianguá, which rejected the request for preventive detention due to the lack of concrete evidence regarding the alleged non-compliance with the protective measure previously granted.
The Ceará Court of Justice also requested information to confirm the reported incidents. The judicial unit informed CNN Brasil that all necessary measures are being taken to ensure the progress of the case.

The Public Ministry and the Civil Police of Ceará are investigating the case of a 16-year-old YouTuber who published a video on social media denouncing being a victim of sexual violence by her own father.
On social media, the teenager stated that her father went to court making false accusations against her mother and claimed that the authorities were not listening to their versions.
"So, he is denouncing my mother, saying that she is mistreating me, and everything he is denouncing my mother is for things he did, because he committed the crimes, he was the one who abused me, he was the one who put me against my mother, okay?", he said in the publication.
This Monday (18), the MP informed that it had initiated an administrative procedure to monitor the situation, in conjunction with the social and health assistance network in the municipality of Tianguá, the city where she lives.
The Ceará Civil Police, through the Tianguá Police Station, is investigating two crimes: non-compliance with protective measures and violence against the teenager.
The teenager also reported that, due to her father's influence in the city and his attitudes, she is afraid of going to public places. "I'm tired of having to live in fear, because I'm afraid to leave the house, I'm not going to school, I'm having to study at home, because I'm afraid, I can't stand being afraid anymore," she stated.

At the end of the video, the girl makes a request for justice. "He's not family, he's just a parent, but he's not family, he's not a real father, he's a father who loves, doesn't do the things he did. So I come here to ask for justice," he declared.
According to the Public Ministry, the young woman underwent a specialized hearing, under the terms of Law No. 13,431/2017, which establishes the system to guarantee the rights of children and adolescents who are victims or witnesses of violence. The procedure seeks to ensure adequate protection, security and care for the victim.
The body highlighted that urgent protective measures remain in force, including the ban on approaching the parent.
The Civil Police reinforced that the population can contribute to investigations through anonymous complaints. Information can be passed on to Hotline 181, from the Secretariat of Public Security and Social Defense (SSPDS), WhatsApp (85) 3101-0181, or via the service's website.
