Cosan denies decision to sell control of group companies

Cosan denied, this Monday (1st), that there is any definition involving the sale of control of group companies, following news published in the press about a possible negotiation to divest control of Rumo.

In a statement to the market, the company stated that it is constantly evaluating the possible sale of shares in its investees, a topic that, according to the company, has already been discussed in conference calls with investors.

Cosan highlighted, however, that "there is currently no definition that implies the sale of control of any of the group's companies".
