Corinthians Women trains at CT and continues preparation for their next appointment

Corinthians Feminino continued its work aimed at the next challenges of the season. This Friday morning (26), the Brabas performed at the club's CT for another activity led by coach Emily Lima.

The day's schedule began with physical work in the gym, part of the team's preparation planning. Afterwards, the athletes went to the field and began their activities with a warm-up in one-on-one exercises.

Subsequently, Emily Lima led training focused on technical and tactical aspects, focusing on maintaining ball possession, supporting movements and exchanging passes between lines, seeking to improve the team's offensive dynamics.

The black and white squad returns to CT this Saturday morning (27), when they will continue their preparation for the next match of the season. The next match scheduled on the Brabas calendar is against Ferroviária, on July 17th, at 7pm, at Fazendinha, for the fourth round of the Paulista Championship of the sport.
