Corinthians welcomes Brothers in search of recovery in Paulista Feminino U20

Corinthians returns to the field this Wednesday afternoon (8) for the Campeonato Paulista Feminino U20. Brabinhas will face Brothers, at 3pm (Brasília time), in a duel valid for the fourth round of the state competition. The match will be held at Ninho do Corvo, in Guarulhos, as Fazendinha receives, at the same time, a commitment from the men's youth categories.

The team led by Julia Passero is trying to recover from its first defeat of the season. In the previous round, Corinthians were beaten by Ferroviária 3 x 1, away from home, a result that interrupted Brabinhas' undefeated streak in the championship.

So far, Timão has four points, with one win, one draw and one defeat, occupying sixth place in the table. In case of victory against Brothers, Corinthians could move to the top of the table, depending on the other results of the round.

Probable Corinthians lineup

Also thinking about the commitment against Portuguesa, scheduled for next Saturday (11), the technical committee can promote changes in the team and preserve some athletes.

The likely lineup for Corinthians is: Sophia Trindade; Débora Emilly, Brunna Meer and Emelym; Gabi Jordi, Carol Melo, Gabi Pires and Mel Cruz; Manu Teixeira, Pepê and Dafhiny.

Arbitration

The São Paulo Football Federation (FPF) selected Ariana Manfredi Leite to lead the match. The assistants will be Izabele de Oliveira and Liliane Suely de Moraes Mello, while Ricardo Bittencourt da Silva Ohashi will act as fourth referee. The match will not have the assistance of the video referee (VAR).
