On the afternoon of this Tuesday (11), at 3 pm (Brasília time), Corinthians will face Cruzeiro, at Toca da Raposa, in Belo Horizonte, in a duel valid for the fourth round of the classification phase of the 2026 Brazilian Under-17 Championship. Currently, Timãozinho is in third place with seven points - two wins and a draw - 10 goals scored and one conceded.
Filhos do Terrão completed their preparations for the clash in Cidade do Galo, in Vespesiano, Minas Gerais. On Corinthians' official website, striker Miguel Moscardo (born in 2009) projected the match against the team from Minas Gerais, which beat Atlético-MG 3 x 1, away from home, in the third round of the national competition.

"It will be a difficult game. Cruzeiro is motivated after winning the classic against Atlético, but we are also coming off an excellent result for the Brazilian (championship)," he began. Afterwards, he recalled the two goals scored in the last round, when Alvinegro beat Grêmio, by a score of 7 x 0, at the Alfredo Schürig Stadium, Fazendinha: "Scoring two goals was magical, it motivates me and I continue working to help the team, which is my goal", he said.
Miguel is the brother of midfielder Gabriel Moscardo, a midfielder who was also revealed in Timão's youth teams and currently plays for PSG, in France. For the professional team, he played between mid-2023 and mid-2024, scoring one goal and one assist in 27 matches. The center forward, at 15 years old, is one of the main promises of the base and, in 2026, has three goals in six games.
