Corinthians Under-15 coach, Eduardo Vergueiro, was called up to join the technical committee of the Brazilian team in the category. On the afternoon of this Thursday (25), Alvinegro himself announced on his social networks the professional's call-up to Amarelinha.
The Timãozinho commander will work alongside Guilherme Dalla Déa, coach of the Brazilian Under-15 team who coached Corinthians' Under-17 category in 2023, in the two friendlies against Chile, on the 7th and 9th of July, in Santiago. The matches are part of the fourth phase of preparation for the Evolution League.

Two Corinthians athletes had been a constant presence in the Brazilian Under-15 Team's squads: midfielder Lucas Lopes and midfielder Léo Rodrigues. The first is part of Timão's Under-17 category, while the second is in the process of recovering from muscle edema, suffered at the beginning of June.
Eduardo Vergueiro has a long history in the Corinthians youth categories. He has commanded the Under-15s since April 2024. At the time, the professional commanded the Under-16 team, an intermediate category reactivated under former president Augusto Melo, to take over the role of Zé Augusto, who was relocated to the Under-18 category.
In the 2026 season, Corinthians' Under-15 category has five wins (Barcelona Esportivo - 10 x 0) / Juventus (5 x 0) / Tercero Milênio - 5 x 1, Ibrachina - 4 x 1 and Centro Olímpico - 1 x 0) and one defeat (São Caetano - 2 x 0). Timãozinho is second in Group 12 with 15 points.
