Corinthians Under-15 and Under-17 teams finalize preparation to face São Caetano in the Campeonato Paulista

The Corinthians Under-15 and Under-17 teams take to the field this Saturday (13) to face São Caetano, at the Anacleto Campanella Stadium, in São Caetano do Sul, in the seventh round of Group 12 of the first phase of the Campeonato Paulista. The clashes are scheduled for 9am and 11am, respectively.

Isolated leader of the under-15 group, with 15 points won, Timãozinho seeks to maintain its perfect campaign in the state competition. Even playing away from home, right-back Léo Toledo showed confidence in another positive result for Filhos do Terrão.

"São Caetano is very strong, but we prepared well and, God willing, we will win," said the player.

The U-17 team arrives motivated after an outstanding performance in the Brazilian Championship of the category, when they beat Grêmio 7-0. Now, the focus turns again to the State Championship, in which Corinthians occupies second place in the group, also with 15 points.

The black and white team is looking for a victory to continue in pursuit of the lead in the bracket. One of the highlights of the campaign is striker Thiago Coelho, Timãozinho's top scorer in the competition, who highlighted the squad's unity as a determining factor in achieving the season's goals.

"We hope to play a great game, even away from home, to be able to seek leadership. Our team is very united and I'm sure the group is prepared to fight for victory", he highlighted.
