Corinthians beat Avaí, 6-2, on Wednesday afternoon, in the 15th round of the Brazilian Under-20 Championship. At the Alfredo Schürig Stadium (Fazendinha), Timãozinho triumphed with goals from Luiz Fernando (twice), Luiz Fábio, Joãozinho, Pellegrin and Iago Machado.
