Corinthians takes advantage of a break in the calendar and begins cleaning the facade of the Neo Química Arena

Corinthians continues to take advantage of the calendar interruption due to the World Cup to carry out structural improvements at the Neo Química Arena. This Wednesday morning, the club began another stage of the stadium's revitalization process, starting with cleaning the facade and roof located in the West Sector.
According to information released by Meu Timão, the investment destined to carry out the service is estimated between R$500 thousand and R$600 thousand. The last time a similar intervention was carried out took place in November 2020, when a specialized company was hired to sanitize the facade and roof before implementing the visual identity linked to the stadium's naming rights.

The action is part of a broader maintenance project at Casa do Povo, which also provides for conservation services in different areas of the arena, in addition to changing the lawn and other structural improvements.
According to information released by Corinthians itself, the work began with a team made up of nine professionals, responsible for washing the glass that makes up the coverage of the West Sector. Subsequently, other areas considered priorities will go through the same process. The expectation is that the entire intervention will be completed in approximately three months.
Behind the scenes, the black and white board is also considering promoting interventions on the screens and LED panels installed in the internal and external areas of the stadium. The idea is to find partners to recover equipment that has problems and replace others that are already accumulating wear and tear after years of use.
Another front of work in progress is the complete renovation of the Neo Química Arena lawn. The process began at the beginning of this month, shortly after the friendly between the women's teams of Brazil and the United States, held at the stadium.
The replacement of the field continues the improvements started in 2025, during the break for the Club World Cup. On that occasion, however, the intervention was limited to the application of new synthetic fibers to the lawn.
A few months later, in September, the field received adjustments again thanks to an investment from the NFL (National Football League), motivated by the regular season match between the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers.
Initially, the full replacement of the lawn was scheduled to take place between the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. However, the short space between seasons meant that the schedule was changed, postponing the service to the months of June and July this year. The entire project is under the responsibility of the company World Sports.

"Neo Química Arena began this Tuesday (1st) the process of cleaning the stadium, in an action aimed at improving the appearance and conservation of the structure. The work is expected to be completed in approximately 90 days. In this first stage, the responsible team, made up of nine professionals, will wash the windows that make up the roof of the West Sector of the arena. Subsequently, the schedule foresees the inclusion of other areas considered strategic for the maintenance of the stadium.
Before the start of services, the administration of Neo Química Arena led the process of hiring the responsible company, which included calling, evaluating budgets and obtaining all necessary technical approvals to guarantee the safety of the team involved in carrying out the work issued by SESMT.
The service - even if started at the beginning of the Brazilian football calendar shutdown - would continue for longer due to the complexity of the operation and the size of the structure. In addition to cleaning, general maintenance of the structure, revitalization of the facades and replacement of light bulbs in the atrium are planned."
